Upon full payment for development services, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom code and applications developed specifically for your project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
DevNeural retains rights to general methodologies, know-how, and any reusable components or frameworks that may be incorporated into your project.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any proprietary DevNeural technologies, frameworks, or methodologies without express written permission.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require milestone-based payments or upfront payments as agreed upon in the statement of work.
Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

DevNeural's liability for any claims related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
