Project Cancellation: Clients may cancel projects before work begins with a full refund. Once development work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and project milestones achieved.
Milestone-Based Refunds: For ongoing projects, refunds are calculated based on completed deliverables and milestones as outlined in the project agreement.
Before Project Commencement: Full refund available if project is cancelled before any development work begins (within 48 hours of contract signing).
During Development: Partial refunds may be available based on work not yet completed, minus any costs incurred for completed milestones, third-party services, and project setup.

Service Guarantee: We stand behind our work quality. If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, we will work to correct issues at no additional cost before considering refund requests.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide a detailed assessment of eligible refund amounts based on work completed and project status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Scope Changes: Any changes to the original project scope may affect timelines and costs. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately and is non-refundable.
Client-Requested Changes: Modifications requested by the client after project commencement may incur additional fees and affect the refund eligibility for work already completed.
Timeline Extensions: Project delays caused by client feedback delays or scope changes do not affect the refund policy for work completed within agreed timelines.
